By continually updating and evolving these market maps, we are able to more directly target those candidates, either active or passive, that will most closely be in line with a client’s requirements for any specific role.

This highly targeted and specific search methodology results in a more efficient process by only forwarding to our clients those candidates that are a very close match to the role’s requirements and who are genuinely interested in the role.
