Finding a job is a job in itself and requires good planning and organisation. Make sure that you have a well-written CV and a basic cover letter – both of which must be adjusted to suit every different job that you apply for. Make sure that your LinkedIn profile is up-to-date and that there is nothing incorrect in your profile or documentation – either factually, grammatically or typographically. Decide on an executive search/recruitment firm to work with and then contact them to discuss your job hunting plan. You should also keep an eye on appropriate job boards, journals, newspapers and websites for suitable positions, and increase your networking activities within the industry.
