We need to fill a role, but it’s a bit sensitive – can you help us?

There are many circumstances that mean a particular role may have sensitive issues around it – it may be due to an incumbent person in the role, others within the organisation, a very confidential project that is being started, or any number of other reasons that might be sensitive and/or highly confidential for a range of business and personal reasons.

For this reason, we conduct all searches and recruitment tasks with the utmost of confidentiality and discretion.

Of course, in order to search or recruit for the best candidates, we must be able to tell the potential candidates something about the company and role, and this is something that we will discuss with you – what to say and at what stage in the search process.
